About the Role
As a Product Designer at Flowboard, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and driving user engagement and satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users and reflect our brand's identity.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across our product ecosystem.
Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform your design decisions and contribute to continuous improvement.
Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the importance of design in product development.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for solving complex problems and creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
